We welcome all Rope Flow enthusiasts from Hong Kong and around the world to gather for our monthly Flow Jam.

✨ Every end of month, we’ll gather at a new location across Hong Kong to practice, connect, and share the flow. At times, our meetups will also feature special crossovers — from exploring historic sites, to barefoot movement experiences, or even eco‑friendly hikes like Hike to Clean.
